For Teams
Set up your team, assign roles, and start creating together — shared billing, shared library, one place for everything.
Create your organization
Section titled “Create your organization”Sign in at casola.ai with GitHub, Google, or Apple. The first time you log in, you’ll create an organization. This is your team’s shared workspace — all usage, billing, and generated content lives here.
Invite your team
Section titled “Invite your team”- Go to the Team page (
/team). - Click Invite and share the link with your colleagues. You can lock an invite to a specific email if needed.
- When someone accepts, they join as a member by default.
Understand roles
Section titled “Understand roles”Everyone in your organization has one of four roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control — billing, settings, members, and all content |
| Admin | Manage members, view billing and usage, create API tokens |
| Member | Generate content, use the API, view the library |
| Viewer | Browse the library and view results (read-only) |
You can change someone’s role anytime from the Team page. See the Team management guide for details.
Review billing and usage
Section titled “Review billing and usage”Go to Billing (/billing) to add a payment method and choose a plan. The Usage page (/usage) shows a breakdown by model and time period so you can track what your team is spending.

Start creating
Section titled “Start creating”Your team is ready. Here’s what you can do together:
- Generate images — open
/generate, pick a model like Flux or SDXL, and write a prompt. Results save to the shared library. - Generate video — open
/videofor text-to-video and image-to-video. - Chat with LLMs — open
/chatfor conversational AI. - Browse the library — everything your team creates is in
/library, searchable and shareable.
